After two years of dancing together Alexandru Ion and Ana-Maria Dinu decided to terminate their partnership. They were one of the top Romanian Amateur Latin couples, in March they were second in the national championships. They represented Romania in the WDSF European Latin in April. In 2012 they won the Amateur Rising Star Latin at the German Open. They were finalists of many recent WDSF "World Open" category competitions such as Amber Couple 2013 and Tropicana Cup. Both Alexandru and Ana-Maria are looking for new partners.
